Our mission
Put disciplined quoting, visibility, and buyer-ready documents within reach of everyone who quotes—from solo operators to full revenue teams, not only those with massive ops budgets.
Why we built Quotiv (formerly QuoteMate), how we think about AI in revenue workflows, and where we're focused next.
Put disciplined quoting, visibility, and buyer-ready documents within reach of everyone who quotes—from solo operators to full revenue teams, not only those with massive ops budgets.
Combine practical workflows with secure AI assistance so speed never trades away accuracy, compliance, or trust.
Meet organizations where they are—solo sellers, regional teams, and distributed enterprises—and grow with them as quote volume and complexity increase.
Quotiv wasn't designed in a strategy deck. It came out of years of standing in front of customers who were ready to buy—and making them wait.
In 2019 I sold spas in Auckland. Big ticket, highly configurable, and every customer finished with the same question: what’s it going to cost me, all in?
Answering it meant walking back to my desk. Check the stock in the system. Then the hard part—delivery, a number that swung wildly depending on how hard the spa was to get into its final position. A tight gate, a flight of steps, sometimes a crane. A couple of hours on a good day. A couple of days on a bad one.
By then I had already won them. Every question answered, every objection handled, comfortable in every way but one—and the one thing left was the number I was making them wait for. If a competitor had a similar spa at a similar price and got their quote out first, I was in real trouble.
Weekends were worse. Three or four people on the floor at once, all wanting numbers, and I couldn’t finish them all in time. One or two would leave without giving me their details, and I’d never hear from them again. You don’t even get to lose those deals properly.
Then I moved to Australia and started selling enterprise software. Bigger deals, longer chains, the same problem in a better suit. Large accounts had ops teams and CPQ tools to hide it, plus layers of approval on every discount. The distance from the buyer made it worse: the customer asks the reseller, the reseller asks the distributor, the distributor asks the vendor—and the price makes the whole trip back down again. Four hops for an opening number, then the same trip at every round of negotiation.
I missed President’s Club because of it. A deal that came down to the final days of the quarter, a customer ready to sign, and one person in the chain out of office. I wasn’t outsold. I was stuck in a broken, antiquated process.
So we built Quotiv. Describe the deal in plain English and it matches your catalog, applies your pricing rules and approvals, and sends a professional, buyer-ready quote—acceptance link included—while the deal is still warm.
It starts on the Shopify App Store. Because in a market this competitive, the quote isn’t paperwork—it’s the last thing standing between yes and gone.

Short, ours, and still obviously about quotes.
We launched as QuoteMate and changed the name in August 2026. Same product, same team, same company—a name we could actually own. Links to the old domain still work and always will.
Quotiv is made by QUOTIV LIMITED, a New Zealand company—company number 9444423, NZBN 9429053815293.
See how Quotiv brings disciplined quoting to teams at every stage—no ops department required.
